Note: By 2026, Indonesian Police Aviation has significantly modernized its rotary-wing fleet by integrating the AW169 and AW189 platforms to enhance the rapid deployment capabilities of its specialized security units. The force maintains a robust fixed-wing transport capability, including a 737-800 and C295, to move personnel and equipment across the archipelago for internal security and disaster relief operations. Organic air defense for the Air Force was centralized in 2022, but the Police continue to operate specialized ground equipment like the Tactica APC to support airfield and urban security.
